またもやYouTubeからTV界への進出に成功した人が出た模様。

LisaNova, one of the top YouTubers, has followed Barats and Bereta and Brookers by scoring a TV contract: she’s moving to the sketch show MADtv. LisaNova, aka Lisa Donovan, will start on the show on Saturday, February 17th.

このニュースを聞いて｢YouTube凄い!｣とか言ってるようでは勿論ダメで､ベクトルが逆になったとき初めてYouTubeがメディアとしてBigになったと言える。

What’s more, a Harris poll this week says that 32% of frequent YouTube users say they watch less TV as a result of their YouTube time - as the online audience shuns TV, and YouTube begins to pay users, the tables may eventually turn. That said, the YouTube audience is still a tiny fraction of the total TV audience: I give it at least a year before we see any TV stars moving full time to YouTube, rather than the other way around.
